New inconspicuous multi-colored Site Identity Button status background needs to be changed. Take lessons from the old multi-colored Homeland Security Advisory System, changed because no one could remember what it meant.

We need to bring the Padlock icon back (e.g. Padlock icon; Green = Secure, Grayed-Out = Unsecure), and place it where it belongs before Site Identity Button.

Everyone knows what the Padlock icon means, green vs grayed-out –no explanation, retraining, remembering, etc... required (KISS).
