My Firefox 3.6.13 returns 400 Bad Request when accessing http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/. With Internet Explorer the website loads correctly. Any thoughts on why?

I've been accessing http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/ for years using Internet Explorer. Attempts to access with Firefox 3.6.13 have never been successful. Most recent response is a 400 Bad Request. http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/ is an important website for me. I use it to fulfill requirements for key electrical supplies. I'd like to cease my dependence on IE but until this glitch is resolved, IE remains active on my PC.
