"Always access current site securely";   How can I undo this... I can  not access the page now?  I tried to uninstall Firefox and re-installed but I still cannot access the page?

You can try to make the change via the about:permissions page.
You can open about: pages via the location bar like you open a website.

That choice must have been added by an extension, so you can also look at the options of that extension in Tools > Add-ons > Extensions
