what happened to Zotero? It disappeared when you upgraded my Firefox (Mac) and I don't want to download a new version because I would lose so much information I had stored in it.

I have a Mac OS X 10.5.8, and just upgraded firefox to 8.0.1. I have used Zotera for several years and had lots of resource information stored in it. I need it for a current project, but it is no longer showing up in Firefox since the upgrade.

better to ask Zotero questions on the Zotero forum: forums.zotero.org Start here: http://www.zotero.org/support/kb/no_status_bar_icon

Thanks for the tip, adam.smith. The Zotero link said to check the add0ns and extensions in Firefox, which says: Zotero is incompatible with Firefox 8.0.1.

That' a surprise, and very disappointing. I'd like to go back to the previous version of Firefox - is that possible?

Zotero isn't actually incompatible with FF 8.0 - currently, Zotero 2.1.10 is compatible with FF up to and including the current 9 beta versions. If you're receiving that error something else isn't working right. For more help on this, please post to the Zotero forum.
