Just about every time I click I get a constant "Not Responding" error message and it is very very slow. Not to mention when I click it pauses like it has to think about it. Also very frequently when I either right or left click on the page or even on the tab it will close the tab and open it up in a new window. No specific sites or times just whenever it feels like it.

Hi,

Please check if this happens in Safe Mode.

I cannot boot in safe mode and get online. I have to connect though my cell phone.

Firefox also has a Safe Mode. It is entirely unconnected to the Windows Safe Mode. It is a diagnostic mode and you can exit it anytime and start normally again. Please also see: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe%20Mode

Ok I am in safe mode and I will try it out for a bit to see what happens.

Ok I worked for a while doing the exact same things I always do and so far I ahve had no problems at all. So what is the next step

Safe mode disables the installed Extensions, Plugins and themes (Appearance) in Tools (Alt + T) > Add-ons. You can try to narrow down the issue to an extension and Disable or Remove it. You can try to enable one half and if the problem doesn't appear, it means it is in the other half...

Please note that another setting that is disabled is the Use hardware acceleration when available in Tools (Alt + T) > Options > Advanced > General.

I left most of the extensions alone except for maybe 2 but I diabled most of the add-ons. As I see it keeps working I will enable 1 or 2 at a time. So if/when I find the problem should I report it and wear or just don't use it and forget about it?

You can try to report it at the add-on site via Tools > Add-ons > Extensions (on the left), click More beside the name and Home Page. Alternatively you can also try to inform and get help via the add-on's AMO page @ https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/
