I have my firefox 17.0. It did not load the css of any website and it can not play any video though I have latest version of Flash 11.5. It shows only black screen and video is not loaded.

hello ronak1411, i don't know if it is related to the problem you've mentioned, but there is an extension named "DataMngr" in your list of addons which might be part of malware on your pc. please do a full scan of your system with the security software already in place and also a different tool like the free version of malwarebytes.

Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware

then you either might want to do a reset of firefox or manually remove the DataMngr-extension & install the search reset addon - it will revert the most common customziations those adware programs do in firefox back to the default: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/searchreset/

regarding the issue of flash content not playing - shockwave flash isn't listed as one of your installed plugins, please check in firefox > addons > plugins if it is listed there & marked as enabled. if it isn't present at all, please install it again from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer (please note that there are different versions for firefox and internet explorer).
