Your help site refers me to a Norton page claiming that Firefox 20 has been patched to work with the Norton Toolbar. I have updated Norton (Live Update many times, rebooted after updating to Firefox 20 and STILL not Norton toolbar or Identity Safe "Vault". What next?

BTW, this happens every time Mozilla updates Firefox. How about a better plan?

See Xfinity support for help with that version of Norton. For some reason the Xfinity version of Norton is like a 2nd class program, not receiving Firefox add-on updates as quickly as the 'genuine' version of Norton.

Firefox is not made to work with the thousand of extensions out there as you go it backwards, it is the Norton extension that is made to be compatible with new Firefox releases.
