McAfee siteadvisor works on Internet Explorer Browser. I have Verizon Internet security suite which has the above program on it. It has run in pass once in awhile but is had to get to work. I have read that this soft has a problem running with Firefox and is there any fix for this ?

Hello,

From the How It Works page on the SiteAdvisor website:

SiteAdvisor software works with Internet Explorer (Windows only) and Firefox (Mac and Windows). McAfee rates more than 95% of the Web for safety.

From that I would expect it to work fine. Please make sure that you are using the most recent version of SiteAdvisor and update if not.

If that doesn't help I would contact Verizon or McAfee support. There could be a problem in the software.

You can get it from the home page here, it should install a Firefox extension with it.
