where is the help menue located
I am attempting to reach my g-mail account and can't. This issue started once I loaded Firefox. I'm told that if I use Firefox safe mode that may solve my problem but it tells me to go to my help menu and I can't even find that!!! I've spent a lot of time attempting to solve this issue and I'm getting ready to get rid of Firefox if that solves this issue. I need it solve now please.

The help menu is quite easy to find. Look at the screen shots attached for reference. Could you clarify a bit more on the GMail issue? What sort of error messages do you get?

On the top left most corner you will find firefox option after clicking some options wil be displayed from there you will find help menu on the bottom If u have any problems locating see the pic that other user attached and follow
Make sure that you do not run Firefox in full screen mode (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: Command+Shift+F).
If you are in full screen mode then hover the mouse to the top of the screen to make the Navigation Toolbar and Tab bar appear.
Click the Maximize button (top right corner of the Navigation Toolbar) to leave full screen mode or right-click empty space on a toolbar and choose "Exit Full Screen Mode" or press the F11 key.
Press the F10 key or tap the Alt key to bring up the hidden "Menu Bar" temporarily.
