What's the quickest way to access translation text to another language?

I translate text to Spanish fairly regularly and sometimes I need to make sure that I'm writing it correctly. I'm not a native speaker. Can I do this from my desktop and see my translation side by side with what I'm writing in English? My viewers are both English speakers and Spanish speakers.

You may want to not use the practice of translating, translators are only fairly accurate and are for personal use, I would just get a human translator who knows all the verb changes, and the trillion different meanings in spanish.

If you are still interested in using a translator, I recommend the gTranslator add-on.
This add-on is similar to the Google Chrome translation bar.
