Is there a way to control how information is loaded to the monitor to stop screen scrolling and slow display response?

more options

I have two monitors (ATI Radeon dual monitor video card). Both monitors are identical Dell FS monitors. Monitor #2 loads views slowly and scrolls down the screen. Monitor 1 loads rapidly and does not scroll down the screen. How can I get the slow one (#2) to behave like the fast one (#1). Is there a setting in FireFox that controls how information is loaded to the monitor that is adjustable?

Hi Doctordarryl, sorry about that unrelated rant.

I don't think Firefox is aware of your monitors in a manner that would cause the page to scroll automatically (or load more quickly or more slowly).

Some users have identified problems on computers with switchable graphics (i.e., the computer may automatically switch between Intel graphics and ATI graphics) that are solved by disabling the switching so Windows always uses the dedicated graphics. Do you have that option??
