Can't exit mozilla
Mozilla Firefox is not working. It worked fine yesterday and I haven't knowingly installed anything since. I can't uninstall it because I keep being told that it has to be closed before I can uninstall it. BUT it's not open!!! I am well and truly stuck! It opens and works in safe mode but just won't open in normal mode. PLEASE HELP!

Turned my computer on this morning and guess what??? Firefox is working again!!! No idea how that happened but I'm very relieved. Thanks for your help.

It works in safe mode but I CAN'T open it in normal mode. If I disable all extensions in safe mode and then restart and try to open it in normal mode, will the extension still be disabled (so I can switch them back on one by one)?
You need to check on the "Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" page which extensions are enabled and disable them all.
