My email home pages for gmail and outlook have changed layout on firefox but not Chrome. I have uninstalled and re installed several times to no avail.

I recently had a blue screen problem and had it fixed. Since then my Gmail and Outlook layouts have changed in Firefox but not Chrome. There seems to be information missing in the boxes at the top of the page, eg Settings etc. How can I attach a couple of screen shots to this question to demonstrate my problem? Tony
