Tried to sign in to my account using Last Pass Auto-Fill. Password Incorrect. Checked my spreadsheet to verify, password was correct. Requested assistance from log in page. No mail arrived. Requested user name reminder. No mail arrived.

Why?

ALSO, since downloading and installing Mozilla/Firefox many of my files now have (!) exclamation points beside them.
