firefox option button missing in tools dropdown using ubuntu 14.04,,new intall

downloads add-ons set up sync etc... there but no option button to change any settings like jump to new tab or any of the other settings that are only accesable under that option button

If your using Firefox 29 and above you can see the Menu button at the right corner in your firefox

  • Menu button =>> New Fx Menu

thank you I hadnot spend enough time looking at the other menu dropdowns to see this.

ubuntu 14.04 came with ff ver 28 . i went to the mozilla page to try and download 29.01 but when i hit the download button it said i had the latest version installed.

maybe an issue between 29 and ubuntu???

Its not issue, Ubuntu Options always available under the Edit Menu
