Watch ESPN does not function in Firefox
I recently purchased a new computer with Windows 8. After setting up Firefox, I tried using Watch ESPN but it never loads. I tried it out on Explorer and Chrome and it works just fine. I've tried re-installing both the Flash Player and Firefox to no avail. Any idea what the problem might be?

Greetings Molina98,
You have Firefox installed and you have Flash Player installed, but what about the Flash Firefox plugin?
Install the Flash plugin to view videos, animations and games
See if that helps you out any, and give us an update.
Hi Clark,
Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have the Flash Plugin. I followed the link you posted anyway and installed it manually but still nothing.
If you have Adblock Plus, you'll have to manually update the subscriptions for it.
Click the ABP icon > Filter preferences > Click the Arrow for any subscription > Update
See if that helps any.

Clark,
No, I don't have Adblock Plus. Maybe it will help if I provide a bit more detail:
When I try and use the app, I typically get a notice that the plugin is being unresponsive. I hit continue and it usually keeps trying to connect but nothing ever comes of it. It has crashed a few times while trying. These are the relevant crash reports in case it might help:

The bug reports show a problem with the Shockwave Flash plugin.
You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
- check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration - disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
