I'm guessing that when you go to a secure site, you get a page giving you a certificate error.

Could you expand the Technical Details section of the page and paste the results here for review?

For example:

https://epcp-prod-e-eprovider.uhc.com/

gives:

epcp-prod-e-eprovider.uhc.com uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is only valid for epcprod-e.uhc.com
(Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain)

But the more common one is an unknown issuer. Since different errors lead to different suggested fixes, the more information you can provide, the better. Thanks.
