Hello, I'm using firefox for a cash register and I need to print on a thermal printer without any printing confirmation dialog.

If I set the option "always_print_silent" to true, the confirmation dialog is suppressed but no print. I I don't, and I just click "OK" on the printing dialog, everything is fine.

Maybe related: firefox give me the following warning: gtk-warning ** unknown paper size a4

forgot to say I'm using ubuntu 14.04.3 and the latest firefox available on the ubuntu package manager.
