Firefox crashes
Constantly FireFox crashes since 12/03/16 I use Windows XP SP3 and Windows 7 SP1 The problems began on that day, when I added to my RAM 4GB + 4GB. Tested memory by MemTest program - there are no errors. In mode Safe Mode - everything works. In normal mode turns off all plug-ins, extensions, and hardware acceleration. In anyway FireFox falls. Help solve the problem?

Thanks all for help. I found the source of my problem. It is one of memory module DDR2 2Gb that i bought on ebay. I have tested all memory but no found any errors. But Firefox crashes when I used the particular memory module. I do not understand that fact that only Firefox crashes, all other program works normal. I had to pull a strange memory. It now remains 6Gb. May be I will use it from time to time, when I need in 8 Gb. :) Now try to restore Abobe flash plugin in Win XP 32bit. As I found it was not a trivial task. A simple installation does not help for some reason.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues.
You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.
Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac
Then reinstall the latest version.
Flash Player Version: 21.0.0.182 Note: Windows users should download the active_x for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).
Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the active_x.

I delete Adobe Flash Plugin, update my video card driver, make sfc /scanonce, remove Classic Theme Restorer All this does not help me. My last crash: bp-e1a5e696-b33f-4524-ad41-846742160318

Use this link to check that your plugins are up-to-date. If any are listed as unknown or research, do not worry about them.
I reconnected Java 7 plugins (out of date) I have the same crash: bp-0e218b38-a17f-4e14-aef4-e30132160318 But I have no crash in Safe mode.

Create a new profile to test if your current profile is causing the problem.
See "Creating a profile":
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles
- http://kb.mozillazine.org/Standard_diagnostic_-_Firefox#Profile_issues
If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.

AshShell.dll = Windows
ashtask.dll = avast! Antivirus = AVAST Software
Note: The last two crash reports are not showing high memory usage
AVAST has been known to cause Firefox problems. As a test, disable it. Also, check for updates.
