I have a bug I've never seen before, apparently. My list of addresses I've visited, under the address bar, sometimes comes up detached from the bar, located in the middle of the screen and offset about 1/3rd to the right. It's sporadic and sometimes fixes itself (?) for no apparent reason. I

I'm not sure what's going on here, but it is annoying, as when I move the mouse under where the list should be, the selected address moves with it, offset with the list itself (if that makes sense?)

I'm using Kubuntu 16.04, with Firefox 46.

Try the Firefox version from the official Mozilla server if you currently use a version from the repositories of your Linux distribution.

You can find the full version of the current Firefox release (46.0) in all languages and all operating systems here:

Try using another GTK 3 theme as perhaps the one you have is not working quite right with the Firefox 46.0.

Firefox as of 46.0 requires GTK 3.4 and newer to run and as a result needs a GTK 3 theme to theme Firefox as a GTK 2 theme will not.

Note if you change the theme while Firefox is still running you will need to restart Firefox.
