So, all of my workers are using our company mail on Thunderbird. I would like to know if there's a way to monitor their sent mail folders remotely without them knowing? I suspect some of my workers are using company mail for either private or non-essential subjects. Is there a way to like have folders on the left side in the folder panel with each of my worker separately and their Sent Mail folders? So I can monitor their sent mails in real time.

Well it should be, it's my company, my computers, my employees.

If you set up each of their accounts as IMAP accounts on their (er, your) computers, and then set them up as IMAP accounts on your own computer, you could Subscribe to any of their mail folders, including Sent.

But this will not expose their use of non-company webmail accounts for private or non-essential purposes, which the savvier among them are probably already doing (besides using their personal devices such as cellphones). I'm sure there are commercial software solutions that track all internet traffic to and from a business, especially ones that are concerned about two-way security risks.
