With Edge I am able to login to an account I have. I am unable to login with Firefox.
I am able to login into my Mylowes account with Edge and it displays the correct Lowes Store. When try to log into Mylowes account with Firefox, it freezes but eventually lets me into my account but it displays the incorrect Lowes Store. My preferences say Summersville, WV where I live. But the screen that displays where you are shopping, it says E. Charleston, WV. This may seem like a pitiful problem, but when I shop and try to purchase it will not let me send it to my Summersville store; the default is E. Charleston, WV and it will not let me change it.
I have cleared the cookies and cleared the internet cache many times and I have deleted my auto login and password for MyLowes.
If the Windows Edge logs me in properly and displays the preference settings correctly, I don't think it is the MyLowes site and I need help figuring out what else I need to re-set to be able operate the website properly. It will not let me change MyStore from E. Charleston Lowes to Summersville Store.

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:
You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
- hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
- press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the cache and remove the cookies from websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Options/Preferences).
"Clear the cache":
- Firefox/Options/Preferences -> Advanced -> Network -> Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove the cookies" from websites that cause problems.
- Firefox/Options/Preferences -> Privacy -> "Use custom settings for history" -> Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
