Last Thursday I received a short email with90.5 kB annex at about four o'çlock in the afternoon. Since that time the email repeats itself and it is the only one that comes through (in the last half hour 8 times). I get no other mails although I know (via an email account with another provider) that I should have received several new ones. What can I do about it?

Go to your email provider's website, log into your email account there and deal with the offending message there. When you have deleted it, those others backed up behind it will follow through to Thunderbird.
