I couldn't access my email for about an hour today. 

I want more tiles to quick-access my frequent websites and I want my frequent tiles to be movable so I can arrange them the way I want to and I want at least 15 tiles like I had before the upgrade.

I'll try to address each issue individually, let me know if I miss anything.

I want more tiles to quick-access my frequent websites

It's a little bit hidden, but you can increase the number of tiles by doing the following:

  1. type "about:config" in the address bar
  2. click the "I accept the risk" button
  3. In the search box, type "browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.topSitesCount"
  4. double-click on the first item that appears in the list
  5. Enter the number of tiles you want to see.
