Accidentally got all email messages marked as "read" (no bold), how do I get back to see unread messages in bold?

I was looking at my email messages list. I don't know what I pushed on the keyboard, but all of a sudden all my UNREAD inbox messages lost their "bold" appearance, they all looked as READ. Now as I receive new messages they are bold until I read them, but can I revert back to see previous UNREAD messages in bold? Can Thunderbird still remember that they were unread, so that it can turn them to bold again? Feel free to tell me that it's all my fault (which it is) and there is no way back  :-(

shift+C marks all messages as read - regardless of message selection.

If you are quick enough, Edit > Undo (aka ctrl+Z) will undo it.
