I have Firefox on my laptop computer and it works great, but on my phone it's so slow I just want to delete it and use Chrome. Why is it so slow? I mean it sometimes takes, literally, half a minute to load a page.

Oscar that is not helpful. Blaming users is not acceptable.

Firefox for Android is in the process of getting the same sort of performance work that was done for desktop Firefox. Firefox for Android 60 will be getting Stylo a parallel CSS parser that is used on desktop. Some of the other work will take some time to get to the release channel. It may be Q4 2018 or early 2019 before the improvements appear in Firefox for Android .
