I use foscam security cameras. Every time i open a camera I'm asked to load the plugin, IPCWebCompanents. I run it, but i'm asked to run it again

If the camera requires a proprietary plugin, it won't run in Firefox any more after Firefox 52 ESR. (No matter how many times you install it.) See: Why do Java, Silverlight, Adobe Acrobat and other plugins no longer work?

IE11 might be your best bet for this application.
