I am trying to test the use-application-dns.net domain name against DoH. The only way to try is to get my hands on the release version that enables DoH by default. Where can I download that version, please?

That does not work. We have an open site here and I"ll have users downloading Firefox on their own. I need the Firefox that will be distributed by Mozilla to see if our network is using the domain name use-application-dns.net correctly.

Hi hck2117, currently DNS over HTTPS is not enabled in the release. The blog post mentions

Our plan is to start slowly enabling DoH for a small percentage of users while monitoring for any issues before enabling for a larger audience. If this goes well, we will let you know when we’re ready for 100% deployment.

That implies it might be delivered through the Studies feature, but I have no idea of the timing. See also: About Studies.

Will the DoH check for the usr-application-dns.net link everyday or will it check once and never look back. That is one of he things I wanted to check. As it is I'll not be able to prevent users from ignoring our network settings. I need to find out how this is going to work. -- Hal King
