None of my "bookmarks, username and passwords" are not getting. My browser was logged in before I did a clean install of Windows and Firefox and logged back in after the clean install of Firefox. It appears that you server for syncing is down. If you see Firefox server haves none of my stuff then where is the "bookmarks, username and passwords" located in Firefox folder since I still have a clone of the organelle hard drive. And if you lost all my stuff then you get a bad grade on loosing it.

Firefox Sync is not a backup service and doesn't function like one. It's intended to sync data between multiple devices. A permanent and complete version of your data is not always available through Firefox Sync, since that's not its purpose.

In addition, certain actions (most notably resetting your Firefox Account password) will erase your Firefox Sync data, since the data is encrypted using the password.

You should NOT depend on Firefox Sync to backup your data. The correct method is to backup your Firefox profile folder. See Back up and restore information in Firefox profiles.

Hope this helps.
