After 102.3.x update can not send from any of my email accounts from my internet provider, but on other networks it works

I have updated t0 102.3.1 and now I can not send emails from Thunderbird, all are smtp and were going fine. I have gmail, hotmail, outlook, and institutional accounts, and none of them is working to send. From the servers I can send, the draft are saved as well. It is like all working fine but not sending. In all cases the error message is the same> Sending of the message failed. The message could not be sent because connecting to Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.gmail.com failed. The server may be unavailable or is refusing SMTP connections. Please verify that your Outgoing server (SMTP) settings are correct and try again. Thanks in advance for your help. I have already checked and tested each suggested step in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/cannot-send-messages. But still not working. Trying in another network it works, but at home-network it does not. To test if it is the TLS, i did change security.tls.version.min to 1, but still not working at home-network. Any ideas? and what should I tell to the service provider to see if it is TLS or another issue? By the way I am on 102.3.2 version and the problem persist.

Well, I got the issue fixed, it was not related to TB update, but to an update on Telefonica that is the company providing the internet to my provider at home. In summary we find what was the bug testing each option in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/cannot-send-messages. Then I got a friend with an older TB version to check if it was the update, happens it was not, he was also unable to connect from my home internet provider. Checking with my providers' technician to know if they changed any configuration, they did not and could find a solution. Thus I requested them to contact their main internet provider, which was Telefonica and there was the issue, they changed some security and access settings that blocked the connection, and solved by putting my provider in a whitelist. Now my TB is working at home just fine. Thanks for your attention, specially to christ1, it is nice to have some one listening, though I did not like to suggestion on trying another email client ;D

Make sure your anti-virus/security software isn't blocking Thunderbird. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/cannot-send-messages

It is not the antivirus or firewall, I already tested all that before posting my question. However, I checked in another network and the sending worked, but from home it is still not working. Any ideas on how to fix it, I guess it is a server issue on TLS, if so, what should I ask the admin to do ti fix it?

The message could not be sent because connecting to Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.gmail.com failed.

That sounds more like a general networking problem related to your home network.

If it were related to TLS you'd get an error message related to TLS. But here it doesn't even get that far.

I checked in another network and the sending worked

Are you saying sending works on the same machine when connected to the Internet a different way? What does 'another network' mean exactly?

Yes, when connecting in the same machine at work the emails are sent, but when connecting at home not. Now waiting for my provider of internet at home to see if they can fix it, but they say it will be checked on tuesday...

To clarify that sending directly from gmail works fine from home, but not from Thunderbird. Thus it is something just between the internet at home and Thunderbird.

For testing purposes you could try with a different email client, and see if that makes any difference.
