thunderbird mail
My PC puts a lot of mail in Junk Mail. I mark them not junk and return them to the inbox. Then the same thing happens again and again and again. How can I get the system to learn that thsee sendesr are not junk? If I mark junk I get a red symbol - if I mark not Junk nothing happens - and the next mail turns up in the Junk box....

It would be difficult to assess the exact issue, but it's not uncommon for users to check their online account and finding that their email provider is marking the mail as junk before Thunderbird sees the message. That would be my first place to check.
