Hi I've just noticed today that at the top of the settings page in Firefox it says 'Your browser is being managed by your organisation'. What is this and how to I get rid of it. It say that its 'Active'

Hi Ive just noticed today that at the top of the settings Firefox page it say 'Your browser is being managed by your organisation'. It say that its 'Active' when I click on the link it states the following

Active Policy Name Policy Value Certificates ImportEnterpriseRoots true

And when i click on documentation there is a very long list of topics under the heading Documentation Policy Name

Can someone please help? firstly what is this ? What is it doing on my laptop? I have never noticed it before. Is it spyware - is it dangerous do i need to get rid of it? Ive attached a screenshot
