video not redirecting

i need help with a website that used to play videos but since last few times its not working as its saying video cannot be redirect to due to cookies but i clear them so can you help

This could be a problem with "Total Cookie Protection" -- it limits how sites can use "third party" or "cross-site" cookies, meaning cookies from different websites than the one you see in the address bar.
If the video server is different than the main server, you might need to remove that restriction by turning off Tracking Protection when you are on the page for one or both servers. More info in the following articles:
