I upgraded to Windows 7 before realizing that I didn't backup my stored bookmarks and passwords in Firefox. Is there a way to retrieve these?

Windows backed up all my files into a folder called "Windows.old"; however, I've been unable to locate the data that could/would have been saved from my previous Firefox installation with all my bookmarks and saved passwords. I'm hopeful that there is a way for me to recover these.

Bookmarks are stored in places.sqlite and for passwords you need two files, signons.sqlite and key3.db.
