firefox 3.6.13 is not compatible with the no-redirect plug-in recommended to me earlier.
firefox advises that this plug-in doesn't work with 3.6.13.
sometimes, a "do you want to allow this" query shows up when a page is redirected, but it becomes annoying when redirects occur frequently, as they do on my lenovo laptop running xp pro, sp 3, with a strong cable internet connection.
shouldn't firefox have the ability to prevent unwanted page redirects--without requiring repetitious actions by the user? otherwise, its value diminishes.
thanks.

That setting is meant as an accessibility feature so that people with disabilities do not get confused and not as a safety protection to stop redirecting.

The NoRedirect extension should still be working in Firefox 3.6.13
