ATI HYDRAVISION provides a context menu when you right-click the titlebar of a window. It allows you to move a full screen window to another monitor quickly rather than having to re-size, drag, then maximize. This functionality works with all other windows, including Thunderbird.

I have a similar problem with windowspager. It adds choices to the right click on the title bar menu. It works for me on Firefox 3.1.16 with windowspager .99 on Windows Vista. But on a new system I am setting up, I have Windows 7, Firefox 4.0 and windowspager 1.00 and the windowspager choices are not on the right click on titlebar list on the Firefox windows.
