Thank you Zebra. It worked and I have v4.0.1 re-installed and working together with N360.

It seems that every online site has its own requirements for user names and passwords. I have far too many account names and passwords and therefore need a password manager. When N360 works w/ Firefox v5, I will be happy to upgrade again. Thanks again.
