My computer says firefox is open but it won't open. Is there anything that I can do?

I try to open but Firefox won't come up. The computer says it's open, but it won't show.

I'm using the desktop version with Windows Vista. I restarted my computer multiple times and nothing still happens.

Check through Taskmanager if it is already running 'firefox.exe'. It happens sometimes.

It says it is, but nothing's happening. I use taskmanager to close it and try to restart it again but nothing still happens.
