The up curser arrow on the extreme right works OK except on Firefox7; redownloaded no change: switched to Firefox4 and it works OK: what should I do?

I use Verizon home page with Firefox. Recently upgraded to Firefox 7.01. The up arrow on the extreme right of the screen does not work. This is true on the home page and on any internet pages I visit. The down arrow works OK. Both arrows work properly on all my other software. Downloaded a new copy of Firefox 7.01. This did not correct the problem. Switched back to Firefox4. The problem was corrected. Switched back to Firefox 7.01. The problem returned. Incidentally, I can put my courser on the slider between the arrows and move the screen up and down OK. What should I do?

That problem can be caused by the Yahoo! Toolbar that extents too much downwards and covers the top part of the browser window and thus makes links and buttons in that part of the screen not clickable.
