Firefox 13 is incompatible with Real Downloader, but I cannot uninstall it using Window. How to uninstall?
After turing off dom.ipc.plugin at "about:config" I can view video, but Firefox became unstable. It crashes when I attempted to download a program, or open a site occasionally.
I do not wish to continue using Firefox 13, but to downgrade to a lower version (previous version), so that I may resume video downloading with RealPlayer downloader.
Problem: I am not able to uninstall or remove Firefox 13 using Window "Uninstall a Program" tool. Is there other way that I may I uninstall Firefox 13?'

hello, this is an issue between the real downloader extension and the latest update of the adobe flash plugin to version 11.3 which brought architectural changes in the plugin - downgrading your firefox version won't solve the issue.
please refer to the instructions at Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox and disable adobe's protected mode & reenable dom.ipc.plugin accordingly.
please go to addons.mozilla.org to find an alternative to the real downloader in order to save video content to your pc: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/search/?q=video+download

I followed the instruction:
First, uninstalled Adobe Flash 11.3, using the uninstaller.
Second, Restart my PC.
Then, install a previous version of Adobe Flash - 11.2
Now, I am able to view and download video as before using RealPlayer.
Now I am certain that Adobe Flash 11.3 is an incompatible version for Firefox 13 and realPlayer
