I keep getting the XULRunner crash. I have done several "clean" installs where I have deleted Firefox, deleted the x86 Program Files and all of the Mozillas in Users/DaveAppData and rebooted.

When I re-install Firefox, it starts up just fine, but when I close it and try to restart it, I continue to get the following error box message XULRunner is the name of the error box and the error content is as follows: Error: Platform version “13.0.1” in not compatible with miniVersion >=14.0.1 maxVersion>=14.0.1

I got a similar message going from 12.0.1 to 13.0.1 and, as you can see, I am getting it for 14.0.1.

I have searched my Registry for XULRunner and cannot find a key for it.

After wiping Firefox off my Windows7 laptop, I re-installed it again and while it was still up, clicked on the validation link for this support page and got the same error message as above for 14.0.1.

Help. This just started a few days ago and I cannot install any version of Firefox that works beyond the initial installation start. As soon as I try to run any version of Firefox, I get the XULRunner error and Firefox will not start at all; just the XULRunner error box.

I was not even able to get a crash ID. I am being forced to use Chrome to communicate with you. WTFO.
