Adobe has stopped development and support for Flash on Android. Unfortunately alot of sites still require Flash for media content. Whle we are working on good solutions, there isn't an effective, 100% solution at this time. Installing an old version of Flash may work, but comes with alot of it's own problems. Please use caution if you choose to install Flash on your Android Device.
