I have am using android 4.0.3 I am using firefox v23 I need it to support kiosk mode . But When it says it does, it then says "installation failed"

What do you mean by "installation failed" when you attempted to install Firefox for Android?

There is no kiosk mode support nor any plans to support such a feature. Best bet would be to seek an add-on author to write one.
