Last night gmail wanted me to change my password. I did so. This morning I changed it in Thunderbird. It worked all day until about 5PM it suddenly will no longer accept it. I am getting a message saying Login Failed. I can't receive or send email. Help!

Thank you so much for your help. I am going to keep this information on hand. Weirdest thing, though. After trying and trying - rebooting Thunderbird, rebooting my computer - it just suddenly stopped acting up and everything starting moving. It was like it got constipated or something. Thank you, Judith
