Make sure that you have the latest Java 8 plugin installed.
You can find the latest Java version on the Oracle website.
See Java Platform > Java SE 8(JRE Download)
You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
- disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

No crash reports have been submitted I even have crash reporter turned ON
ilikefree09,
Looks like the crash reporter is on but you're not submitting your reports. Take a look at the screenshot below.
You need to choose either Restart Firefox or Quit Firefox in order to submit your crash reports. When you click the X at the top right corner, it doesn't submit.
Can you reproduce the crash? This time, can you click Restart Firefox to submit the crash report. When you've done that, do the following:
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and paste them into your response here.
Thanks!
