Lost all my accounts & folders but can see them under default profile so I haven't lost data or stored emails. How do I get TB to suck in my previous accounts & folders ? Did not use Moz Backup before copying. When I bring up TB it asks me to create an account even though I already had them.

Use Profile Manager to point TB to the location of your profile folder:
