I Recently restored accounts etc. via Mozilla Backup *.pcv file. Looks like all came in OK. One problem - I can't display any of the folders associated with the two accounts. The account setting are fine (incoming / outcoming settings / server names etc.) - So from what I can see - I think this is just a display issue.

If I do Go | Folder | <<account name >> | then I can "see" all the folder names & inbox for the account. I just can't display any of these these. When I pick "go", nothing happens. Generally I'd display these in the tree structre on the left pane.

Filter rules for the two accounts are all present.

I can send emails from this account.

When I send to this email account, I can get a return delivery reciept.

I can see the "local folders"

runnig Thunderbird 24.5.0

Try View -> Layout -> Folder Pane.

Thanks, but this didn't solve my problem. It is still only showing the local folder, and not showing the account folders.

Sorry..... just learnt how to attach an image. In the attached file there is an image of what I am seeing. Hope this helps to provide me an answer.

Mate....sorry for the delay. Got distracted for a few months. Works all OK now, ta. For reference; last step in the above is after changing account settings then have to exit & restart Thunderbird the application - not just the Account settings
