Probably half a dozen times a day I find that firefox will crash when it attempts to load a page. It will load some of the webpage and the bottom will be blank. It does not respond to touch and you can then only wait for the phone to prompt. Firefox isn't responding do you want to?... etc Or close it with the task manager. Your browser is the best by far out of the standard, chrome and Opera but currently its not very reliable.

Hello,

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience that you have with firefox.

To be able to identify the problem better, does firefox crash while loading a particular page or randomly? Can you provide a link that firefox crashed while trying to load?

Also check to see if this also happens with your add ons turned off from [about:addons] there are some that have caused Firefox for Android to crash recently.

It is completely random. Can be on any page. Seems to particularly struggle with pictures or videos.

And no addons active.

Ok two more questions for you and sorry for the back and forth:

  1. Do you have any security scanners on the phone? *should not be an issue
  2. Would you be comfortable providing a debugging log when you see this happen? Instructions and Pastebin tool to share logs?
