Recognizing HTTP Url's from browsing history in https://www.youtube.com
I need help in recognizing URL'S in the browsing history of Mozilla Firefox from https://www.youtube.com. I use Mozilla Portable only to remember my browsing history in www.youtube.com (without loging on) and website to recognize already viewed videos. In thumbnailed "Similar videos" shows name in black when is previously viewed or blue when is not.Now youtube passed from http to https protocol and no longer recognize browsing history because it is "http". I have over 1000 already viewed videos. Is there a way to edit history settings to ignore prefix https: // and http: // Or a way to add "s" after http in the URL of all the browsing history? Or some other ways? PEASE HELP !!! THANK YOU !!!

places.sqlite you may need to edit all of the entries individually with https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/fire.../sqlite-manager/
However if you click on the history of each of the 1000 videos, they will also autocomplete to https.
There does not seem to be an easy way, however if you have more questions, we are happy to help.
Thanks for the reply! Can you explain me what exactly I need to change in "sqlite manager" step by step. Thank you!
Well after attempts to find the right script, it looks like by default the places.sqlite file does not have permissions to make edits:
This will list all the entries: SELECT * FROM moz_places WHERE url LIKE "http://www.youtube.com%"
I installed "SQLite manager".I try to learn how to use it but for me it is very difficult to understand. Can someone explain in details and understandable how to replace "HTTP.youtube.com" with "HTTPS.youtube.com" by SQLite. However, I am not a computer programmer. Thank you!
