do you have a way that allows you to save attachments from multiple emails at the same time?

I have thousands of emails that I have put into Thunderbird's Local Folders, but now would like others in to access the attachments and don't want to go email by email to save off the attachments, time is prohibitive, so was hoping there is a way to select groups of messages and save off all the attachments at one time. Please let me know. THANKS!

I'd install FiltaQuilla, which provides the ability to save attachments as files. Create a filter to do the attachment saving.

Creative use of the QuickFilter should let you select the required messages, then use Run Filters on folder.
